(TV) Lost Highway/TV acting

There was another great David Lynch music/film moment in Lost Highway, when
Balthazar Getty has sex with Patricia in the desert.  There was a very
haunting song, and it wasn't on the soundtrack, and I have no idea who sang
it.  Anyone?

TV should have been an FBI agent in a Lynch movie, perhaps Fire Walk With
Me.  No knock to Mr. Isaac (who was great in that role) but Tom could have
threatened that corrupt sheriff, beaten up his deputy and then said: "You're
behaviour is not funny, little fella."
