Re: (TV) Television: the name

We only did one gig in the lineup of the Virgins I was in. Pat Irwin was
also a member at some point, but not with me, nor was I in the Picarella
lineup, but I do know John. Steve MacAvoy was a very prolific songwriter and
I hope he's still at it. The line up I was in was with Steve, Dave Keay, who
got me the gig in the Lloyd band and Elodie Lauten, who recorded and
released a bunch of stuff on her on, Elodie Lauten Band, her first single
has me on bass on one side. We also were joined by a guy named Paul
Michaelman for sometime, we were into a lot of jamming and it was a fun band
to play in, even though we didn't play out much.
It was a good way to meet other musicians, Steve had a rehearsal space on
1st St near 1st Ave that the Bush Tetras and Nervus Rex and other bands
rehearsed in.
I met Dee Pop there, this must have been back in 1979, geez. I was
recommened to the Virgins by deerfrance.
