Re: (TV) RFTT review Rolling Stone

My friend who saw RFTT with me on Friday isn't on this list, but he had this
off-the-cuff response to the Fricke review which cracked me up:

"Well that review was awful, should've been titled "My time with Rocket From
the Tomb". I love when he writes "There was a strong air of memorial about
this show." And, then goes on to tell you how he got to see Laughner before
he died. I was at the show and I didn't feel any "air of memorial" other
than that one song, the bruce springsteeny one. Sorry, critics like Fricke
drive me up a wall, the whole write up seems to be an excuse for him to tell
us that he saw Rocket from the Tomb and Deadboys in the 70s and we didn't."
