Re: (TV) now this is really dreadful. double b.

all right, i confess-- & i am the most vehement opponent of mtv probably in this world-- i cannot say i was a slave to "beavis & butthead," nor can i say i watched it religiously, but-- fabulous! everyones highschool! i even saw the movie! i even sold the book! [i am a bookdealer. rare & scarce hypermoderns, thanks.]

otoh, w/o "beavis & butthead" there would be no "king of the hill." as someone who watches tv not, i cannot say i have seen this, but i am told by a reputable source that it is a mediocre travesty. & said person does live in the south, whereat i believe this takes place? i dont know if that gives him extra points. or not.

	not, probably.

at any rate, who is to say that "beavis & butthead" would not have arisen elsewhere-- perhaps along w/ the "ren & stimpy" of the long past, or somewhere parallel to mst3k [it was the satellite of love that got me] --in an almost minuscule way, lately some things have risen as cream to the top. not too many & all small & in pop culture, but perhaps it may have been thus?
