Re: (TV) Mostly OT: In my cd/dvd player

My CD player/iPod right now:

Chris Farlowe - OUT OF TIME: THE ANTHOLOGY. I've always loved the Stones "Out of Time"; Farlowe's version is something else entirely, and got me to spring for a 2CD set.

Jeff Beck - on a huge Beck kick. I just discovered his solo material, really, although I've always liked his word in the Yardbirds. Have bought TRUTH, BECK-OLA, YOU HAD IT COMING, JEFF, and GUITAR SHOP over the last 3 weeks.

Yardbirds - CUMULAR LIMIT. Unfinished studio material and some live stuff from their final days with Jimmy Page on board.

Tom Verlaine - SONGS AND OTHER THINGS. I never gave this its due back in 2006, but I am really hooked right now. It's been in the CD player for weeks.

Al Kooper, Mike Bloomfield, Stephen Stills - SUPER SESSION

Nick Lowe - JESUS OF POP

Waitresses - KING BISCUIT. Surprisingly lively show c. 1982. I had no idea they were this strong as a live act. Fidelity is better in many ways that the official best-of CDs.

Tin Huey - CONTENTS DISLODGED... I just got this a few weeks ago. Not sure what to make of it yet.

Cheech & Chong - "Basketball Jones". How did I get to my mid-30s without hearing this before??

What have people been listening to lately?

Think it was reaction to New England's never ending winter/frigid spring, or maybe I'm just
