It's confusing because Tom was confused. He was thinking of The Wonder when he said that Jimmy didn't play on it. 

Jimmy is all over Flash Light. That is a big part of what makes Flash Light so great. After five years playing together they had a great mutual understanding. I think quite a few of the distinctive guitar sounds on that album are Jimmy's.

Yeah, that surprised me a bit. Though I always felt that Flash Light could benefit from remastering, and it was disappointing that the re-release (was it Collector's Choice?) was unchanged. Somehow the sound is less "sparkling" than on Cover and The Wonder, in my opinion.

It would be interesting to hear what Tom would make of it if he was allowed to remix and remaster it... And a reissued Flash Light should have "Anna" added. That would be a dreamtime come true.

Anyway... a very interesting interview, I thought.
