I'm not a member of the Television-Group list, but a quick Google shows it's
hosted by Yahoo, so it'll be fine with a Yahoo email address.

In our particular instance, the tv@obbard.com list is having issues
delivering to Yahoo because the server identifies itself as being in a
different domain than obbard.com. This is in no way unusual - mail servers
routinely handle multiple domains, but can only canonically identify itself
in one of them. This is usually not an issue, but Yahoo decided to enforce
strict checking of domain matching, which is generally not done the way
Yahoo has chosen.
