There's a petition on the net to force Elektra to finally release the CD. I 
think Richard has said that he'd like to remaster it himself, but they won't

let him near the tapes.

Can't remember where the petition can be found. I once found the link off 
the sadly-missed Marquee Moon website.

And yes, stupid record industry.
