Re: (TV) alchemy

There was a guy we used to call, Jim Tapes, that taped just about every band
that played at CB's. He had his favorites, like Patti Smith and Television,
I'd bet dollars to donuts that he taped the Alchemy era band, but he doesn't
sell his tapes and generally just gives them to the band members or close
friends.
There is only one Richard Lloyd band show I realllllly want, it was a show
he did at CBGB's when I played bass for him. I know for a fact it was
recorded but I never got a copy.
It was the only gig that I know was recorded and with Velvert Turner on
guitar with Richard my memory tells me it was a pretty good gig. Of course
my memory has been known to play tricks on me.
