That's him; thanks for the site.  Unfortunately after searching this site it appears all it has is that one picture of him in Miami in 1998.  Oh vey!

ps:  I have a copy of that 1981 interview in which Verlaine ("Tom Verlaine Plays With the Focus" November 1981 Musician I believe) talks about how he and Fripp had planned to do a record(s) together.  That would have been interesting to hear.  My  memory is that it was to be a 3 record project for Fripp, but whether Verlaine was to be on all three or just one of the three I can't exactly recall.  That old interview reminds me of what is the best review I ever read of Tom's 1st solo record (by Milo Miles[?], Boston Phoenix, Sept. 1979).  I'll try to type and post it on  to the MM List next week.
