RE: (TV) What's in the player?

1)The Wygals (circa 1984-5)

2)Tom Verlaine Live at the Ritz 6/6/82

3)The Joe Farrell Quartet (with John McGlaughlin)

4)The Drongos (Australia)

5)Velvet Underground Live (2 lps polydor)

6)****Brian Ferry and Roxy Music
from same time-period when 6)Verlaine claims they stole his musical ideas and guitar riffs (I can't for the life of me hear any resemblence unless you include "Prairie Rose" as a souped-up "Glory" , or someothe playing by Waddie Watchell on Ferry's very The Bride Stripped Bare. )

7)Radiohead

Television live in Atlanta 1993.

"Hard on Love")

"The Indestructible Beat of Soweto" (sublime...)

John Lee Hooker: "The Complete 50's Chess Recordings"

Beefheart: "Electricity"

"Peace Pipe Dub"
