Generally, trades, if any, should be discussed off-list. The band isn't fond of them, and we know that some of them have been known to browse the list archives. So, out of respect, we try not to discuss it here. That said, since you've brought it up, it seems likely that you'll be contacted privately by somebody.
And, yeah, while I liked DeRogatis's Bangs book, I don't think he was at the same show we were at. Maybe the heat got to him, or something...
