(TV) The True purpose of this list

I realize now it's all a plot to drive me insane. Consider: (a) the recent
Mullet discussion.  I could have lived all my life not knowing this
hairstyle had a name, but no...
(b) this Sunday, reading "Backfire," a local zine, I find an article on Mike
McReady, entitled "He Crimped His Mullet!"
(c) Last night, I've got NPR on as I drive to the grocery store, and on
comes a segment about....Mullets (one person describing them as "the achy
breaky mistake-ee").
Coincidence?  I think not...
