Felts' best albums are probably; " Crumbling the Antiseptic Beauty", "The
Splendour of Fear", & " Forever Breathes the Lonely Word"
Lawrence, [ Felt singer & guitarist] is a huge Television & New York punk
scene fan of the mid-seventies. Along with his freind and lead guitarist
Maurice Deebank [ very Tom Verlaine like in apperance] A classically
trained
player, Deebanks' psychedelic Shadowseque guitar & Lawrences' Lou Reed-Tom
Verlaine sneer produced a very mysterious sound.. Also the drummer, Gary
Ainge, used no cymbals! [ they all apparently hated Billy ficcas' use of
the
cymbals on Marquee Moon!!]
So now you know!!!
