No, Echo & The Bunnymen's version of "Friction" has
never officially been released in the US and UK until now -- on their new 72
track box set entitled "Crystal Days" which over 50% of the tracks have been
unreleased or never issued on cd previously. GO GET IT!

Prior to the release of the boxset. "Friction" only
appeared on unofficial boots of "On Strike" and "Friction", and also on the
official Japanese release of "New Live and Rare".
