Artificial inflation, at that! WARM & COOL and the 1994 DREAMTIME reissue are
hardly rare CDs. Several CD copies of the former are on Gemm.com right now for
around $10 each; and I just saw the 1994 DREAMTIME in a CD store this weekend
(Rockit Scientist) for something like $9.

The only Tom Verlaine CDs that could honestly claim to be 'rare' would be the
original Japanese DREAMTIME CD, FLASH LIGHT, THE WONDER, and maybe the CD
singles from THE WONDER. Those have all been out of print for quite a while.
Everything else has been in print, at least sporadically.

And even the "rare" CDs show up on Ebay and Gemm pretty frequently.
