In my case, I've got no clue about writing songs, but I've always been 
interested in who wrote what. To be honest, a real pet peeve of mine are CDs 
that don't credit the songwriters.

Speaking of songwriting credits (or more properly, the mis-crediting of 
songs), I've got a very interesting Japanese CD called ZEPPELIN CLASSICS. 
It's the *original* versions of the songs Led Zep covered, took bits of, or 
just flat took credit for. Very interesting listening.
