(TV)RE: tv on tv / in movies [chelsea girl]

Amos Poe's "Blank Generation"  does have some footage of early
Television, which is too brief, and diminished (imho) by some guy
running around in a plain white t-shirt with "Little Johnny Jewel"
printed on it in boring Times New Roman style font: I like the film more
for the rare opportunity to see groups like the Tuff Darts,the
Heartbreakers (with Richard Hell - Johnny Thund
