(TV) M. Moon T-Shirt

Tom doesn't mind about the MM T- shirt because it's an advert for the
band, but fibbing bootleggers do take outrageous advantage of Tom
because they know he hasn't had an attorney in years. However he's made
so much money this year from the festivals that maybe he will hire one
again. His last attorney, his good friend Owen Epstein, died of a brain
tumor back in the 1980's. I'm sure that Rosemary Carroll, who is a
Television fan and a respected music lawyer (she was once married to Jim
Carroll, she's s now Danny Goldberg's wife and Patti Smith's lawyer, I
met her at Stanford) would love to represent Tom if he asked.
