(TV) Advice

Hello chaps ,

I've probably asked this question before but who wrote the book on
Television and the NY scene , the one everybody quotes from and what was it
called . There's a book shop in Londinium trying to find it for me but I
can't tell them author or title which is a little embarrassing . I'm sure
the answer will pop up in about 10 minutes .
