(TV) Television in London 2nd night

Having read Keith's review of the first night, I can't add too much - I
think the set list was similar, certainly included:

1880, This Tune, See no Evil, Call Mr. Lee, Oh Mi Amore, Little Johnny
Jewel, Glory, Venus, Prove It, Marquee Moon.

The guitar work was just stunning, particularly solos on Call Mr Lee and
just playing on Oh Mi Amore. I don't believe I've ever heard anyone play as
well (mainly Richard)

The only problem was there were too many songs (mainly from the third album)
and maybe some new stuff, which went nowhere - horribly like Spinal Tap's
Jazz Odyssey. There was probably 15 minutes in the middle of the set when I
was bored, my friends were bored and half the audience seemed to be looking
around or going for a drink.

As for the encore - I would have preferred "Wild thing"

So technically brilliant but strangely lacking in structure and emotion.

Jeremy (whose friend never did get to sell his spare ticket)
