RE: (TV) MM reissue

Weird: this past weekend was the Sunset Street Fair in Silverlake, Los
Angeles where Sonic Youth headlined the outdoor carnival (ride the
tilt-a-whirl to Eric's Trip!).

After it was over and people were filing out there was a guy giving out
Velvet Underground stickers. These stickers were promo postcards for the
reissue of the banana LP (the sticker part was the banana - basically a
postcard version of the LP cover). While he was giving them out I heard
someone ask, "Do you have any more Television stickers?" and was like
"wha? huh? tele what?" but then the crowd departed and the sticker guy
disappeared, like it was a dream.

Then as we were walking down Sunset we passed a vintage clothing boutique
from which I heard the familiar strains of Marquee Moon. They were playing
the CD (original issue) in it's entirety. The group of people I was with
were continuing down the street so I had to grab my girlfriend who was
twirling around in a green vintage coat to "Elevation" so we could catch
up with them (our ride). Then we had some delicious burritos.

This was not a dream, I still have the VU stickers.
