(TV) The 2 mixes

I got the 'Verlaine' mix from Michael @ Subterranean when he offered it and I
know the story was related back then but I need a refresher .

My main queries are
1 - Did Tom do the 2nd mix himself or is it a mix he preffered
2 - Was he involved in the production/pressing of the disc ?
3 - If not who was ?
