I have been spending so much time on the web 
this week at work that my eyes read the info as, 
or I somehow convinced myself that "oohomu@yahoo.com" 
was 'shorthand' for http://www.oohomu.yahoo.com .

My brain never saw the "@" sign.

Actually, the real reason, I goofed on this easy fact 
is that I'm a fool or in the early stages of Alzheimer's.

"ohoomu@yahoo.com" is an email address, not a web address. You can (or should)
be able to send email to it, but it won't work ever as a web address, anymore
than "http://CaseyL@VOLPE.DOT.GOV"; would. 

Things on Google generally only appear because they are listed in a web page
somewhere. For example, if you search Google a month from now,
"ohoomu@yahoo.com" might get a match from this very message you are reading now
when it appears in the online archives for the Marquee Moon Mailing List
(http://tv.obbard.com).
