(TV) Not OT: Video file conversions?

Until recently, Launch.com had Television's video for "Call Mr. Lee" online,
but it appears to have been taken down. 

I have a 10MB ASF file of the video that I downloaded a while back which I'd
like to make available, but I'd rather use a more "common" video file format.
Does anyone know how I can turn an *.ASF file into an *.MPG or *.AVI file?
