"Musically proficient, with songs that ambled and
shape-shifted, Television provided pyrotechnic
neo-prog kicks for the '70 New York punk scenesters.
Their first album, 1977's Marquee Moon, was one of the
era's masterworks, a multilayered thrill ride of
interlocking stun-gun guitars and leader Tom
Verlaine's nervous vocals. Adventure suffers in
comparison only because it isn't seminal; the material
sags in spots, and there's less urgency in the
playing. But it's still good; think of it as the
band's chill-out CD (Both feature alternate cuts)."

"Lisa, if the Bible has taught us nothing else, and it hasn't, it's that girls should stick to girls sports, such as hot oil wrestling and foxy boxing and such and such."
