Do you know if this is the band selling this (or someone like their manager,
John Tefler
doing it for them), or is this some rip-ff artist?

Obviously I'd rather see the band get the $.  (Any info from Richard on

Finally there's way for those interested to buy this live CD through 
Ebay.
It is legit and being run by persons authorised by the band.  It will be 
available until the copies run out, and not as auctions, only as 'buy it 
now' in the amount of $12 plus shipping. There are 50 available.
