Mr Scabies drumming was allegedly sped up but according to him it wasnt - Mr Scabies, I wonder if thats what his bank manager calls him ?

However, the Clash single "Clash city rockers" WAS sped up as they recorded it too slow and CBS wouldnt pay for them to record it again so they sped it up slightly - it's just sped up on the single version if you hear it on any album its at the speed it was actually recorded at

Wasn't there a mini-scandal because the Damned's debut was sped-up consistently?

I thought they had to slow it down..? :~)
