rosetta tharpe brought more joy to guitar playing than
just about anyone. johnny cash cited her as an
influence in learning to play. there is another
great, but very obscure, old gospel singer /
guitarist, sister o.m. terrell. only recorded a few
sides.
still, no one to stand alongside jimmy page and the
other deities.
