I'd agree about TV being psychedelic.  As much as Tom might disavow 
his connection to Quicksilver Messenger Service (sure, John 
Cippolina's vibrato was even more rubbery) and Moby Grape (Jerry 
Miller mainly in this case, though I am a Skip Spence fan, too), I 
find a general isomorphism between TV and (particularly SFO) 
psychedelia.

Depends on which top 20--considering that some people will rate SY up 
there, there's Lee and Thurston as well.
