(TV) Tech help!

I am playing with my Nero Wave Wave editor and a tape I just transferred to
a wave file. There is a micro second mic glitch on the left channel that I
would like to delete and replace with the right channel for that micro
second.  I can't figure out how to split the left and right channels and
then tinker with them seperately.

Any advice?
