Actually the last scene ends and feeds right back into the opening.  I too
am surprised the government hasn't figured out a way to run it on an
continual loop that feeds right into our homes.  But then again, maybe they
have.  I would explain the 2000 elections.

I saw that movie by myself in the theaters when it came out. A lot of people
walked out but I was zoned in. Really creeped me out. Our (US) government
would love to broadcast Videodrome.
