about a hundred -- and the pages are smaller than a
normal paperback. more of a pocket-book. some
photos.
the author of the nmh book did have a lot of
cooperation from jeff mangum et al, without which she
says she could not have written the book. not sure if
anyone would get the same cooperation from tom
(nevermind that jeff is, if anything, seen as more
reclusive and enigmatic than tom).
