Should I/we be worried?

 

This is what the music industry will use as a threat to get thousands if not millions of
downloaders to settle out of court.  

 

Even before this case started, hundreds of users in the last year have settled out of court for
about $3,000-$5,000 rather than risk going to court and losing.

 

I only belong to DIME, which, of course, does not allow uploading of official releases,
but......
