He cannot sell hard copies right now, as he cannot interfere with digital sales.  In the spring he is going to have CD's made that he will sell as "special autographed limited editions" or something akin to that.

At Amazon I can only see it as an mp3 download.  Is there a way to get hard copies?  And has anybody heard any of it?

It's Richard's newest release.  He dug up a bunch of old tapes and other
bits and has done some work and added it all up to be a "new" album.
According to his Facebook posts, he's very happy with how it came out.
