These discs are only sold at independent, brick and mortar stores.  The official 
RSD website has a link for stores by city / zip code.  But basically, it should 
be whatever indie stores are in your area.  However, every store won't have 
every disc, and probably none will have a great number of each.  You might be 
able to call your local indie and see if they know ahead of time what they're 
getting.  Beyond that, I'd advise lining up before they open, or at least get 
there as early as possible.

there is one really nice TV item:

numbered LP (3000 copies)

i'll definitely try to pick this up locally -- never sure 
what will be available at any given store -- it's good to be 
there when the store opens.  i'd suggest that if any of us do 
find this, and can pick up more than one copy, it might be 
nice to re-offer back to the list.  one issue with RSD, at 
least where i live, is that ebayers come in and snatch things 
up just to immediately re-sell.  not great for collectors.
