That's why I asked, there's no way of telling if that's serious or not. But
I'm leaning towards dumbass, judging by what he/she added as lineup really is
just keywords. Weirdos.

It looks to me like
someone's either being a smartass or a dumbass.  The
event seems to focus on a
variety of media/disciplines including, like,
actual television as well as
film, theatre, poetry... the image of
Television to represent television is
either supposed to be funny or an
instance of someone using a googled image
they don't fully understand.

But I could be wrong.
