yeah, i didn't think he traveled much for any sort of performances, and hadn;t
heard of any readings like this one.  it's sort of a weird gig, at a kind of
upscale french place, not known for live performances.  no idea how it came
about.

i'm still working on the neon boys' "love comes in spurts" (guys?  guys??),
so
i went to richard hell's website to reference the lyrics again.  lo and
behold, i saw he is doing a reading locally, and tix just went on sale:

i'm just thrilled -- am a huge richard hell fan, and have never seen him
live.  very excited.  and -- maybe it means publication of his autobiography
is imminent.  that would be fuel for some fires.
