Still, if the quesion about "naiv" -eti is rephrased as "are you still
happy that the presidency wasn't taken by a party that's looking on the one
hand loonier, more theoctratic and potentially violently insurrectionary
and on the other more deeply in bed with the increasingly obviously
flat-out evil big corporate interests of ultra-rich world, as embodied by
an elderly man of a military bent who despite some respectable qualities
was unable even to steer his own campaign out of Bush/Cheney-like fits of
fearmongering and racism, and whose health condition posed a very real fear
that we might have, by now, been the subjects of the demented likes of
President Sarah Palin", then I'm gonna say, yeah, the miracle's working out
okay for me.
