I believe they reconciled, sort of. In the late 90's, they collaborated when
their Theresa Stern volume was translated for a French release.

Huh?  I don't think Tom was 'enraged' about what happened.  I mean, it seems
like he still wanted to be friends w/ Hell. Not that that was gonna happen as
Richard hated him after that. But Tom was mostly responding to comments that
Richard had made about him in the press.  I don't think Tom ever hated him.
