Hell is wearing a suitably "grungey" plaid shirt for his Seattle
appearance, as if it is 1991 there again.
And I notice the presence of  the
live studio audience seems to have mostly "cured" Hell's halting way of
speaking 

evident in recent radio appearances where there are often a couple
of long silent pauses between words in a sentence.
He's a pretty articulate
guy - once he gets his words out!
