Re: (TV) RSD - "Kingdom Come" single

In the Ork box, all the singles (16 total, RL was involved with most of them in some way) have reproductions of their original sleeves, I think (I don't know all the originals), including one in a plain sleeve...but LJJ has a newly-invented pic sleeve, with some notes--"Engineered by Jay Dee Daugherty," "Recorded in one month on a 4-track (historic) TEAC in NYC," and "This 7" dedicated to the Neon Boys," a bit more...
Wasn't the original in a plain sleeve? Did we know about the TEAC? And Jay Dee? And really, it took a month? And is the Neon Boys dedication new?

Tom Verlaine's appearance on RSD 2015 was the double-sided "Kingdom Come"
single, with Verlaine's original on one side and Bowie's 1980 remake on the
other.

Random fact: There were no singles issued from Tom Verlaine's 1979 debut.
To the best of my knowledge, this RSD 7" is the first time anything from
the TOM VERLAINE LP has gotten a 45 rpm release.
