I've wondered about that, too.  There are places on some records (like S&OT
where I'm not sure whether I'm hearing a guitar or a keyboard, so maybe it's
meant to preserve that mystique... but on the other hand there are also
times when you do clearly hear keyboards, so it takes nothing away to admit
that you played some somewhere on your album...
