Re: (TV) LAUGHNER

by sheer coincidence i ordered the "Take the Guitar Player for a Ride" CD online yesterday from www.amazon.co.uk
though i doubt if they'll be able to supply it.

Wow ... I've got TAKE THE GUITAR PLAYER FOR A RIDE, so I'm gonna have to do the comparison myself. I remember liking Laughner's version, but "kicking RT's ass" is a mighty tall order.

RT's version of Calvary Cross on Straws In The Wind is astonishing.

I think Piccadilly is the most important TV bootleg of all. Does any one have the RFTT set on tape. if so, email me directly.

I have a couple of RFTT shows, but not that particular one. I do have one song that allegedly comes from that show, but I have no proof.

There are no Television recordings that I know of with Laughner playing on them.
