Well it was the first time, obviously, that I'd seen the man other than
on-stage but we really got the impression not of someone aloof and
arrogant but of someone who really didn't quite know what to say to
people. Tania went up to him and thanked him and he just seemed
surprised that anyone would do that - you know, like say something
normal to the guy. He only seemed comfortable with the guitar on, and
even then he didn't seem all that comfortable. You got the impression
that he'd jut as rather hide behind the amp for the gig and make a lot
of noise without having to say anything or even be watched.
