(TV) Tramps Mystery Songs

On the bootleg to the Tramps 1996 concert, there are two unknown songs.
Have these songs been identified since that show?  Does anyone know what
they're called and if Tom plans to put them on the 'rock n roll album' that
he is waiting to release?  I heard somewhere that one of them was called
Bells.  I think that was the slower one.  There was another song with a riff
that sounded a little bit like 'Electioneering' by Radiohead (or vice versa
seeing as Tom did that song before OK Computer came out).
