(TV) TV's" Monologues"

Speaking of Stella and "Cover" , what ever happened to the plans for TV to publish some of his writings--specifically "the Monologues" referred to on record sleeve insert of Cover and its Swim Intro?  I remember reading an interview around 1990-92 in which TV said he was going to publish these 'next' year.
