According to Steve Katz - who also produced "Real Time - in an interview
which ran in Guitar Player, they lost the applause from the house when
someone visiting the sound truck tripped over the cables. Now, maybe he's
just covering his butt, but he said that's the reason why he had to fly in
the applause from a John Denver concert.

Oh, and regarding this "Phantom of Rock" - is this the same Phantom who did
"Calm Before the Storm?"
