(TV) Re: TV Digest V1 #447



If you'd read my entire post, I'd said that I didn't like Fogerty "beyond a scant handful of CCR tracks". Furthermore, "Fortunate Son" is among them.

Oh, and one more thing: relax a little. Just 'cause something's deemed "classic" by somebody doesn't mean that, by default, everyone's going to like it. Hell, if that wasn't the case, I'd probably be on some mailing list where people stare blankly at their screens while typing "The Great Gatsby is a breathtaking work of fiction, and F. Scott Fitzgerald has to be about one of the most damn-rockin'-ist guys to ever pick up a pen, man..."
