(TV) The Blow-Up

While reading the liner notes to The Blow-Up, it gives songwriting credits
to Dylan for Knockin' On Heaven's Door and to Jagger/Richards for
Satisfaction, but credits Fire Engin as being written by Verlaine.  Why was
this done?  I believe my copy is probably one of the newest issues (new
cover art).  Wasn't this mistake caught?  Does it have something to do with
the song being incorrectly titled "The Blow-Up"?
